How we work with the people on our crews
The core of the firm is 10 qualified employees, and for more demanding projects we scale the crew to match what the contract requires. That means we consistently need good tradespeople, for civil sites and for industrial interventions alike.
Transport to site is covered by our own vehicle fleet. Crew leaders have experience in both fields of work and work alongside the crew, rather than coordinating from a distance.

What we are looking for
Welder
Welding on pipe runs and process equipment, under the coordination of the technical welding supervisor.
Mechanical fitter
Metalwork fabrication, structural assembly and interventions on industrial installations.
Steel fixer
Reinforcement, formwork and reinforced-concrete structures on civil sites.
Carpenter / joiner
Formwork, roof trusses and timber structures, including nZEB houses.
Finisher (painter, tiler)
Interior and exterior finishes on civil and institutional projects.
