For an industrial operator or a contracting authority, a claim about quality is worth nothing without the document behind it. Here are ours.
ISCIR certification as technical welding supervisor (RTS)
ISCIR — the State Inspectorate for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Equipment — is the Romanian authority regulating the construction, installation, operation and inspection of pressure equipment and lifting equipment.
The technical welding supervisor (RTS) is the certified person responsible for welding procedures, welder qualification and the welding documentation for a given project. Without this certification a firm cannot lawfully carry out welding interventions on technological installations covered by ISCIR requirements.
Comoserv Industries management holds this certification. It is why we can work on technological pipe runs, boilers, vessels, heat exchangers and reactors — work we carried out, among other places, during the general overhaul at Azomureș.
Relevant to: industrial operators, refineries, chemical platforms, and clients whose installations fall under ISCIR technical prescriptions.
The Quality Manual
The company’s quality policy is set out in full in the Quality Manual, which is the principal document of our Quality Management System.
Company management ensures, through the way the organisation is structured, that quality requirements are met in accordance with the applicable technical regulations. The principal objective is to earn clients’ confidence and to build a favourable standing for the company in contractual relationships.
In practice this means every execution stage has a defined way of being checked and recorded — useful both at handover of a public works contract and when handing a house over to a private client.
