Industrial construction
We build new industrial facilities and intervene on existing installations — overhauls, repairs and retrofits — for refineries, chemical plants and industrial operators. Company management holds ISCIR certification as technical welding supervisor (RTS), a requirement for welding interventions on technological installations.
An industrial site follows different rules from a civil one: work often takes place on live installations or during a planned shutdown, under hot-work permits, within tight intervention windows and with mandatory welding documentation. We learned those rules on the Borzești petrochemical platform and apply them wherever we work.
During the general overhaul at Azomureș we carried out welding interventions on technological pipe runs — upgrading superheating lines for boilers — and on the associated equipment: vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, reactors and an ammonia condenser. Each intervention came with its welding documentation.
Alongside that we build industrial facilities outright: steel-framed halls, foundations and structures, partitioning and cladding. The steel structure of the log-cutting hall for Barlinek România in Onești is one example.

Evidence from the portfolio

At the Rompetrol Petromidia refinery in Năvodari we carried out technological overhauls in the Coking unit. We have also worked on installations at the Lukoil and OMV Petrom refineries and at the Chimcomplex Borzești plant.

Can you work on installations subject to ISCIR requirements?
Yes, for welding interventions. Company management holds ISCIR certification as technical welding supervisor (RTS), covering responsibility for welding procedures, welder qualification and the documentation for the work.
Do you work within planned shutdowns and fixed deadlines?
Yes. A good share of the industrial work we have delivered was scheduled inside shutdown windows. We size the crew to the length of the window and scale up when the volume requires it.
What documentation do you hand over at the end?
For welding work, the welding documentation for the intervention. For everything else, the quality records matching the stages executed, in line with our Quality Management System and the contract requirements.
