Civil work done well is work you do not notice: the render does not crack, the tiling does not come away, the doors still close two years on. We get there by using our own crews across most trades — steel fixers, carpenters, tilers, painters, sheet-metal workers — and by checking every stage against the Quality Manual.
We can take the project on as general contractor, from site preparation through to finishes and handover, or work as a subcontractor on a defined package alongside other builders. We have done both, including on projects of national scale.
For institutional clients, the paperwork matters as much as the build. The way we are organised is built to meet the requirements of the applicable technical regulations and to give the handover committee the documents it expects.

The refurbishment and modernisation of Asău secondary school covers the full span of an institutional civil project: interventions on the existing structure, building services, suspended ceilings, finishes and external works — delivered in a building that has to be handed over on time, before the school year starts. Earlier, at the Capitol cinema in Onești, we carried out the complete refurbishment of a heavily used public building.

Do you take the project from scratch, or only the build?
We can take on the complete build as general contractor, or a single package as a subcontractor. We do not produce the technical design; if you do not have one, we tell you at the first conversation what documentation is needed before we can quote.
Do you work in buildings that stay in use?
Yes. In schools, public buildings and residential blocks we have frequently worked with the building partly occupied. We agree the phasing, access routes and working hours at the outset, so that the client’s activity is disrupted as little as possible.
What warranties do you give on the work?
Warranties are set contractually, according to the type of work and the applicable regulations. What we can document at any point is how each stage was executed and checked, under our Quality Management System.
