Building services and finishes
We deliver building services installations and interior and exterior finishes, either as part of a complete project or as a separate package, with our own tilers, painters, joiners and sheet-metal workers.
Finishing is the last stage of a project and the only one the client sees every day. It is also the stage where every earlier mistake surfaces: a wall out of plane, services run in the wrong place, a floor screed poured unevenly. That is why we prefer to deliver the earlier stages too, or at least to inspect them before taking on the finishing.
We use our own crews across most finishing trades — tilers, painters, joiners, sheet-metal workers — which means responsibility for the result stays with us rather than being dispersed among subcontractors.
On institutional projects, where the deadline is fixed — a school has to be handed over before the school year starts — the ability to scale the finishing crew quickly is the difference between handing over on time and running late.

At Asău secondary school we installed the suspended ceiling framing, the building services, the tiling, the flooring and the finishes, in a building that had to be handed over on schedule. At the nZEB house in Mănăstirea Cașin we ran the services through the timber structure before the walls were closed — a stage where a mistake cannot be corrected later without dismantling.

Will you take the finishing package alone, without the structure?
Yes. Before quoting, though, we inspect the earlier stages — wall flatness, the routing of services, the state of the floor substrate — because the quality of the finish depends directly on them.

Can you meet a fixed handover date?
Yes, provided the earlier stages finish on time. We can scale the finishing crew for fixed-deadline work; we have done so on institutional projects that had to be handed over before the school year began.
