Comoserv Industries is a construction company based in Onești, Bacău County. We deliver new builds, refurbishments and plant overhauls — for municipalities and public institutions, for private investors and for industrial operators.

Who we are
We grew up in an industrial town, next to the Borzești petrochemical platform. That is where our way of working comes from: technical standards on the table, and people who know what to do on site.
Comoserv Industries SRL is a civil and industrial construction company from Onești, Bacău County. We carry out work from site preparation through to finishes, either as general contractor or as a subcontractor alongside other builders.
The core team is made up of 10 qualified employees — painters, carpenters, joiners, tilers, steel fixers, fitters, welders and sheet-metal workers — which we scale up for more demanding projects. We run our own vehicle fleet to move crews to site, wherever the site happens to be.
Company management holds ISCIR certification as technical welding supervisor, and our quality policy is set out in the Quality Manual, the principal document of our Quality Management System.

Which areas do you work in?
We work mainly in Bacău and Vrancea counties, from our base in Onești. We have, however, delivered work across Romania: the Iulius Mall complexes in Iași, Suceava, Cluj and Timișoara, the new terminal at Henri Coandă Airport in Otopeni, the Rompetrol Petromidia refinery in Năvodari and the Macromex cold store in Câmpia Turzii. For distant sites we move our crews with our own vehicle fleet.
What does the nZEB standard mean for a house?
nZEB (nearly Zero-Energy Building) is the standard for buildings with almost zero energy demand. In practice it means a very well insulated envelope, controlled air-tightness, and an energy demand largely covered from renewable sources. We build timber houses to this standard; the most recent was completed in 2025 at Mănăstirea Cașin.
What is the ISCIR — RTS certification, and why does it matter?
ISCIR is the Romanian State Inspectorate for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Equipment. The technical welding supervisor (RTS) certification confirms that a designated person is responsible for welder qualification, welding procedures and the associated documentation. Comoserv Industries management holds this certification, which allows us to carry out welding interventions on technological installations.
Do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes. A significant part of our portfolio comes from subcontracting alongside other builders on large projects: the Iulius Mall complexes, the Dragonul Roșu complex in Bucharest, the Realitatea TV office building. We fit into the general contractor’s programme and quality procedures.
Do you bid for public contracts?
Yes. We have experience with publicly funded work: school and kindergarten upgrades across Bacău and Vrancea counties, district heating plants in Onești, community halls and church projects. We document compliance through our Quality Management System.
How large is the team?
The stable core is 10 qualified employees: painters, carpenters, joiners, tilers, steel fixers, fitters, welders and sheet-metal workers. For more demanding projects we scale the crew to match what the contract requires.
