What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

The contact form: full name, email address, phone number, company or institution name (if applicable), project location and description.
Browsing the site: technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies, once you have given consent (the “Cookies” section below).

Why we process this data

To respond to quote requests submitted through the contact form.
To measure site traffic and usage, for statistical purposes (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.

Legal basis

Data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the agreement box in the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received.

Statistical cookies (Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) are activated solely on the basis of your consent, given through the Cookiebot consent banner, in accordance with Google Consent Mode.

How long we keep data

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, and for no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period (for example, contractual or tax obligations).

Data collected through cookies is kept for the period indicated for each cookie category, as set out in the cookie declaration below.

Who we share data with

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary to provide the services below. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

The site's hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.).
The email delivery provider used to forward contact-form enquiries to our contact address.
Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4), for statistical traffic analysis, only with your consent.
Cybot A/S (Cookiebot), for managing cookie consent.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of the providers above (for example Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, the transfer takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other equivalent legal mechanisms.
