RK general overhaul with welding works, Azomureș
We carried out general overhaul (RK) works at Azomureș, including welding interventions on technological pipe runs and on the plant equipment, with the associated welding documentation.
The work included upgrading superheating lines for the boilers and interventions on plant equipment: vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, reactors and an ammonia condenser.
Welding interventions on technological installations are carried out under the coordination of the technical welding supervisor. Comoserv Industries management holds ISCIR certification for that role, covering responsibility for welding procedures, welder qualification and the documentation for the work.
This kind of work takes place inside shutdown windows, under hot-work permits, on a programme sized strictly to the length of the shutdown. The crew was scaled to match the volume.
