Iulius Mall retail complexes
As a subcontractor we contributed to the construction of the Iulius Mall Suceava retail complex and to the extension of Iulius Mall Timișoara, delivering foundations, steel structures, partitioning and cladding.
Work on retail complexes of this size runs in parallel with other crews, on a programme coordinated by the general contractor. Fitting into that programme and into their quality procedures is part of the job, not an administrative footnote.
We delivered similar work at the other Iulius Mall complexes in Iași and Cluj, as well as at the Dragonul Roșu complex in Bucharest and the Realitatea TV office building.
